  • Mommy, Daddy & Me

    Ages 1.5 - 3
    Students must be 1.5 years by September 1st 2024

    This wonderful class is designed for children who want to dance but are not quite old enough to join a ballet class. This class is structured to stimulate coordination skills, listening skills, balance, music interpretation, creative movement and motor development in the youngest dancers, ages 1.5 - 3 years. This program is an excellent introduction to the world of dance and lots of fun for Mum/ Dad and dancer! Mum/ Dad will also participate in class with the dancer.

  • Enchanted Movement Ballet

    Ages 3 & 4
    Students must be 3 years by September 1st 2024

    In Enchanted Movement we work on locomotor movements (e.g. marching, galloping) as well introducing simple ballet positions and movements. Guided improvisational dances are also introduced, all set to classical ballet music, with the goal of instilling in dancers a sense of the magic and beauty of classical music and dance. This is a drop-off class.

  • Pre Primary Ballet

    Ages 5

    Students must be 5 years by September 1st 2024

    In Pre-Primary class is where students are introduced to the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) Syllabus. Students will gain a basic understanding of ballet technique, ballet positions and posture. Improved coordination of the body and teamwork will be cultivated as students learn a variety of dance steps and challenging dance patterns.

  • Primary Ballet

    Ages 6
    Students must be 6 years by September 1st 2024

    In Primary students have already gained a basic understanding of ballet technique, ballet positions and posture. Improved coordination of the body and teamwork will be cultivated as students learn a variety of dance steps and challenging dance patterns.

  • Grade 1 Ballet

    Ages 7

    Students must be 7 years by September 1st 2024

    Tailored to each student, this class focuses on development of technique through a curriculum designed to ensure each student reaches their full potential. This class is for students who wish to attend once a week.

  • Open Level Class Children

    Ages 9 +
    Students must be 9 years by September 1st 2024

    Tailored to each student, this class focuses on development of technique through a curriculum designed to ensure each student reaches their full potential. This class is for students who wish to attend once or twice a week and is a great class for students returning to ballet or wish to sit a Class Award.

  • Grade 3 Ballet Invite Only

    Ages 8
    Students must be 9 years by September 1st 2024

    With the option to sit Class Awards and Examinations, students continue their development of technique through a curriculum designed to ensure each student reaches their full potential. Class Award and Examination classes are assessed on ability and this class is offered to students who wish to attend more than once a week.

    Students wishing to sit the RAD Exam are required to attend two classes per week.

  • Body Mechanics Class

    Ages 5+

    Students must be 5 years by September 1st 2024

    Body Mechanics is an engaging exercise class for children between 5 and 12 years of age. Over the course of this class they will learn how to begin stretching and strengthening their bodies, while also increasing balance, flexibility, core strength, and coordination. This class offers young minds a chance to form friendships with children of other ages, building relationships and creating an understanding of the world around them. This allows them to build more strength, confidence, and beneficial movement patterns which they will use throughout their lives in a variety of tasks. A discount is given if this is a second or third class taken per week.

    This class will also be used as a make-up class when for students not already enrolled in this class.

  • Jazz/ Broadway/ Musical Theatre Jazz

    Ages 5+

    Ages 8+

    Jazz: Jazz is a musical genre that originated in the African-American communities of New Orleans, Louisiana, in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.

    Broadway: Broadway refers to the theatrical performances staged in the numerous theaters located in the Theater District and Lincoln Center along Broadway, in New York City.

    Musical Theatre Jazz: Musical theatre jazz is a style of dance that is closely associated with Broadway musicals. It combines elements of traditional jazz dance with theatricality and storytelling to enhance the narrative of a musical production.

  • Teen Ballet Open Level

    Ages 15+

    This is a new class for teens who have had previous experience. The class will be tailored to the highest level of student in the class & includes a warm up with stretching & strengthening exercises. Ballet shoes and dance attire are required.

  • Adult Stretch and Tone

    Adult

    Stretch and Tone class, a high-energy cardio session designed to enhance flexibility and strengthen every muscle group with Elissa Kyriacou. Bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
