CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Enchanted Movement (Age 3 - 4)

This class is structured to stimulate coordination skills, listening skills, balance, music interpretation, creative movement and motor development in the youngest dancers, ages 3 - 4 years. This program is an excellent introduction to the world of dance and lots of fun.

Pre Ballet (Age 5)

In this class exercises promote early childhood development with a focus on body awareness, gross motor skills and individual expression through Creative Movement. The program includes basic ballet steps, balance, rhythm, flexibility, coordination, and creativity. Simple stretches and isolation exercises help to develop flexibility and body awareness.
