In this class exercises promote early childhood development with a focus on body awareness, gross motor skills and individual expression through Creative Movement. The program includes basic ballet steps, balance, rhythm, flexibility, coordination, and creativity. Simple stretches and isolation exercises help to develop flexibility and body awareness. A favorite segment of class deals with traveling steps across the floor to encourage coordination and musicality. Listening skills and classroom etiquette are emphasized.
